Please note we have a 2-6 week Turn around time from the time payment clears, since every piece is handmade Just for You. Please note sometimes there are some things out of our control that might cause a delay in your order. Such as custom cut gems, etc. Custom rings to your specifications will have a longer turn around time 4-8 weeks. This time is for creating your piece only & does not include shipping/transit time. **Please note if your ring has custom cut gems this can increase the the time it takes for your ring to be completed. The cutters we use can get busy, which can delay the time it takes for us to receive them. Their gems are really amazing & worth the wait. ~Shipping~ Orders are shipped after your piece has been completed & full payment/payments have been fully cleared. US Orders All our items are safely shipped via USPS Priority, or upgraded to Express for an additional $15. All packages are Insured for safety. Shipped to a confirmed address & Adult Signature is required. International Orders Are Shipped International Priority mail. All packages are insured & also require as Adult signature. You are responsible for all import costs & taxes/duties (this is determined by your countries customs & we have no control over this. These fees do not come to us & are not charged by us) **Please make sure someone is there to sign for your package. This is the safest way for your protection** **Please make sure your address is correct. Please make sure your shipping info is accurate & up to date here on Etsy. Please note Priority International mail usually takes about a week (sometimes more) due to your location customs. Please be patient with your order & plan accordingly. Should you need an order faster you can purchase Priority Express International + $15 or Express Guaranteed International + $40.
